I've spent 10 years making sure the right people get hired, supported, and set up to do their best work.
My background spans the full HR spectrum — talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, and compliance. Most of my career has been in fintech and tech, where things move fast and HR has to keep up. I've hired for technical and non-technical roles, helped companies hit ISO 27001 certification, kept operations running through SBP audits, and built policies that actually get followed.

Right now I lead HR at YAP Pakistan while simultaneously handling recruitment at Digitify — which means I'm used to juggling priorities, managing stakeholders, and keeping people processes clean even when things are messy.

The problems I solve: hiring bottlenecks that slow teams down, onboarding gaps that lose new hires in the first 90 days, performance systems that exist on paper but don't drive results, and compliance gaps that show up at the worst time. I fix those things by building simple, scalable processes — not by adding bureaucracy.

What makes me different is that I'm equally comfortable in a boardroom conversation about headcount strategy and in the weeds of an HRMS audit. I don't just run HR — I help businesses understand why their people decisions matter.

I'm now looking for an HR Manager role where I can lead a team, shape people strategy, and build something that lasts.
