I am an ACCA qualified senior finance professional with over nine years of experience across financial reporting, FP&A, enterprise risk, and finance transformation. I currently serve as Senior Manager Finance for Financial Reporting and Analysis at Zameen Media Pvt Ltd and Bayut KSA.

My core strength lies in building finance functions that senior management can rely on. Where reporting is immature or inconsistent, I bring structure and accuracy. I have rebuilt reporting processes from end to end, optimized charts of accounts, and developed divisional and city level profit and loss accounts that give decision makers a clear view of performance. I work closely with senior management to interpret results, agree on corrective actions, and support the strategic decisions that drive growth and profitability. Identifying cost savings through expense trend analysis, strengthening reporting frameworks, and turning data into practical insight are where I consistently add value.

My experience extends well beyond finance. I have developed SOPs, policies, and controls across entire organizations, covering operations, procurement, production, sales, and supply chain. This breadth comes from a strong foundation in risk and audit. At EY I led internal audits, GAP analyses, rapid assessments, and operating model redesigns for clients in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and services. I later established an enterprise wide risk management function at a pharmaceutical company, starting with a strategic gap analysis alongside the CEO, COO, and directors to align risk appetite with strategy, then building the frameworks, risk registers, and risk based audit methodology across every major department.

I also work well where finance meets technology. The technical build stays with specialists, but I am strong at understanding what the business needs and turning it into clear specifications a developer can act on, plus practical automation that reduces manual effort.

Equally important to me is developing people, not simply delivering projects. I have hired, trained, and mentored finance teams so improvements continue to deliver long after implementation.
