- You can predict next month’s demand roughly
- Gross margin supports your time cost
- Problems are about scaling delivery, not finding any buyers

Yellow lights
- Only friends buy
- Every sale needs heavy discounting
- You avoid measuring churn or complaints

Set a decision date. If key metrics are flat after structured tests, refine or stop — sunk time is not a strategy.
