Is master franchise rights worth the premium for Pakistan expansion?

An international brand offered master rights for a large fee. When does that make sense vs a single unit?

Master rights make sense if you have capital, operators, and development capacity for multi-unit rollout — not if you want one store lifestyle.

You are buying a development obligation. Missed openings can trigger penalties. Single-unit first is safer unless you already run multi-site operations.
