Should I bootstrap or take angel money for a Pakistan SaaS MVP?
I can ship an MVP in 3 months with savings. Angels are offering capital but want 15% early. How do founders decide bootstrap vs angel for a B2B SaaS?

Bootstrap when you can reach paying pilots without a burn wall. Take angel money when speed to distribution or hiring unlocks revenue you cannot fund yourself.
Bootstrap if
- CAC is mostly founder-led sales
- Gross margin is healthy from day one
- You do not need inventory or licenses
Angel if
- You need 2–3 seller/engineer hires before product sticks
- A channel partner requires working capital
- Competition is racing and delay costs more than dilution
Never raise to 'feel funded.' Raise against a milestone: pilots, churn, or pipeline.
