What CRM or POS should a small Pakistan business start with?

We are a retail + services hybrid. Do we need a full CRM and POS from day one, or is a simple stack enough?

Start with the system of record you will actually update daily — then automate around it.

For retail hybrids I often see POS + lightweight CRM fields first, then an n8n agent for follow-ups. Fancy AI on messy chats fails.
