What should a new founder focus on in the first 90 days of a business?

I just started. There are endless tasks. What weekly priorities separate survivors from busy founders who go nowhere?

The first 90 days are for learning from real customers, not perfect branding.

Weekly scoreboard
- Conversations with target customers
- Offers tested and prices collected
- Delivery quality and complaints fixed
- Cash in vs cash out
- One process improved

Park vanity tasks (fancy office, overbuilt logo systems) until revenue repeats. Write a simple one-page plan: who you serve, what you sell, how you get leads, and how you deliver.

Speed of learning beats speed of spending.
