Which types of AI agents should a Pakistan SME start with first?

Start with the agent that removes the most expensive weekly pain — usually support triage or sales follow-up, not multi-agent moonshots.

My default order for SMEs
1. Workflow automation agent on one documented process (n8n + clear system of record)
2. Support agent with escalation rules
3. Sales follow-up agent with CRM write-back
4. Research agent for internal docs
5. Multi-agent only after single agents are stable
